Last week they didn't do much learning though... We split the group in half: the younger kids prepared the "night part" of the ceiling, and the older group tried to built a city (Jerusalem) and the Temple. I don't have pictures of the second group though.

To make it look like night we used diluted paint on a blue paper, and once dry we added cute little tinfoil starts (2$ for 400 at the pharmacy)
It really does look like a starry night :)
Some children remembered the story of Abraham looking at the stars, and then at mass that was the reading! I was so happy about it! good timing!!
