holidays

usually I work monday nights. Yesterday I didn't :) When I asked to have my wedding day off they gave me september 20th, instead of OCTOBER 20th...
So I had it changed, but I still got this september 22nd off... It feels gooooood!
I like my work, but there is such a difference between the idea of it, the principles on which we work and the reality!
We need to keep in mind the reasons why we do it, because it can be hard some days.
A few of our guys are just non-educated, as in their parents never seem to have taught them respect, life with others.. It';s like they come out of a bubble where it's only about them and their needs. It's surprising sometimes!
We're going to have staff meetings to keep motivated, to talk about our difficulties, to cheer up each others :)
I think it's fundamental, when your work becomes harder it's important to share about it with the other persons concerned.
This night off felt like a holiday!
