Cherries!

This week end we harvested cherries! About two baskets full (the third one is tiny).
We'll eat some just like that but I also plan on preserving part of them, either as jam or pie filling or pickled or in alcohol..

In other news I got inspired by some other bloggers and I'm going to try a bit harder on homemade cleaning products. A batch of liquid laundry detergent is already cooling down! 

Specifics to France:
we don't call it Castille Soap but "Savon de Marseille"
washing soda is cristaux de soude (aka "lessive St Marc")
and Borax... I haven't found it yet!
